A Saturday lunch staple in our house. Delicious with kettle cooked chips.

You will need:
- 1/4 lb prosciutto di Parma, or prosciutto di San Daniele - (we usually can only get prosciutto di Parma at the grocery store)
- ciabatta sliced thin
- olive oil
- buffalo mozzerella
- fresh basil
- tomatoes (optional of course)
Preparation
slice bread and brush with olive oil
layer cheese, basil and prosciutto and tomatoes in sandwich
cook in panini press for about 5 minutes.
