Guinness Cupcakes with Baileys Buttercream Frosting


I didn't take any pictures of these cupcakes, but I've never had a baked good receive reviews and complements like this! The frosting is the best I've ever had, and instead of doing the design in the pictures, I piped it on in a swirl, they looked great! The chocolate ganache on the inside caught everyone by surprise - and they loved it! I used a regular Guinness stout for these, but an extra stout for the s'mores ones -- I'd recommend using the regular stout, the extra is a little too bitter for a dessert.
