shrimp risotto

I love this dinner!  David says there is not a published recipe for it. I took photos of the ingredients to try to help me post it.  I think you prepare the risotto with shrimp stock (David makes the stock ahead of time with the shells of shrimp we've eaten that he keeps in the freezer).  Then he adds the rest of the items near the end.  Risotto is a bit time consuming but this dinner is worth it.
