Banana Cream Pie

Quick and easy to make!

We liked it so much, I taught my roommate Katie how to make another one two days later. She was skeptical of her skill in the kitchen but it tasted as great as the first time!

Just to give you an idea of what the inside looks like.

My roommate Katie came home with a bunch of bananas that had been given to her so we decided to use them to make a banana pie. I did some research and ended up using a variation of this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/banana-cream-pie-iii/detail.aspx

Ingredients:
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
2-3 bananas
1 small box of instant banana pudding mix
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 cups of cold milk
1 container of whipped cream

1. Slice the bananas and arrange them in the bottom of the pie crust.
2. Mix the cold milk and pudding mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in 1/2 cup of whipped topping and mix together well.
3. Pour into crust over bananas. Layer the leftover banana over the pudding mixture and cover with remaining whipped topping.
4. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
