Fresh Silver Salmon

Scour the Kenai river by boat during the months of August and September for the perfect silver salmon approximately 9-12 lbs.  Clean and fillet the fish and vacuum seal for travel.  Overnight fish to GA, SC, or TX.  Upon arrival, thaw fish, season with salt, pepper, and olive oil and grill until just cooked - about five minutes.
