I rarely ever make homemade pizza but this one is extremely easy and tasty. This is a bit more healthy and not quite as greasy as a pepperoni pizza.

Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza crust
BBQ sauce
cooked chicken (approximately 1-1.5 breasts)
mozzarella cheese (approx. 1.5 cups)
onions (optional)
Follow the instructions on the pizza crust container to see whether or not you need to prebake it and at what temperature.
Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the crust.
Cook the chicken and cut into strips (or warm the chicken if you use the precooked frozen strips). Spread this over the sauce.
Cover with your desired amount of mozz. cheese (and onions if you want)
Bake according to the instructions on the crust container. Crust should turn golden brown and cheese should be melted when done.
