Mexican Delight

Finally! The recipe for the famous Mexican Delight, shared by many and loved by all.

Very simple.

Ingredients:
1 tube of crescent rolls
1 lb taco meat (ground beef, taco seasoning, water)
1.5 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

I usually make this in a 8" x 8" glass pan. Cook the taco meat on the stove. Use half of the crescent rolls to line the bottom of the pan. Next, add a layer of cooked meat and 1.5 cups of cheese. Cover all of this with the other half of the crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Done. Easy. Delicious.

Chips and salsa are standard. Occasionally, I make spanish rice as a side too.
